Why use Friction-Free Jobs?

As a candidate looking for a job, you have to wade through the ocean of opportunities to find jobs that fit all of your requirements. It's time consuming, and that's the thing we want to save you from.

Normally, an employer tells a recruiter what they're looking for in a candidate, and how much they care about each requirement. They then spam 500 people on LinkedIn that vaguely match the description.

We're looking to invert that process. Our recruiters collect your requirements, and speak directly with hiring managers at prospective employers to understand if those requirements are met. Only then will we forward your information to the employer, and only if you ask us to.

Beyond the onerous process of sifting through myriad opportunities – only to discover incompatibilities after yet another tech screen – we’ll help you avoid the most detested parts of the process such as non-collaborative whiteboarding and take-home tests. Unless you’re into that kind of thing.
